In the context of international trade, Italian companies increasingly find themselves managing complex supply operations involving multiple players.
Italian companies are therefore required to understand the applicable VAT regulations and the recent rulings by the Italian Tax Authority.
During the webinar, the speakers will illustrate, in a practical and operational way, through examples and case studies:
- The conditions for benefiting from VAT exemption on intra-community supplies, focusing on the documentation that the company must provide to prove the transport of goods from Italy to the destination EU member state;
- The VAT rules applicable to chain sales and triangular transactions within the EU.
The objective of the module is to provide companies with all the necessary information to manage intra-community trade operations with their customers correctly and effectively.
The training module will have an extremely practical approach, with ample time given for participants’ questions.
