What is the Talents Assessment?
It is a group recruiting event based on the professional gaming technique that has multiple objectives: identifying young talents, creating evaluation profiles, and building an internal growth path within the company.
How it works
Alongside our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and move from the theoretical world of books to the practical realm of real-world scenarios through specific activities:
- Business Games and Job Simulation.
- One-to-one interviews with our Partners.
- Upon completion of the activity, you will receive a Radar Chart that provides an indicative profile based on soft skills, structured to highlight areas of strength and weakness, as well as the values to focus on. A thorough and comprehensive evaluation of resources, provided by HR specialists and the Bacciardi Partners’ Top Advisors team.
Objective
You can become part of the selection process to onboard new resources into the company at various levels, including thesis tutoring, training internships, and employment.
