The ILTOM Group, a Lombardy-based multinational company and European leader in machining sheets for third parties, has finalised the acquisition of the entire share capital of Vega Srl, a Ferrara-based company specialising in subcontracting laser cutting, bending, and metal carpentry.
Through this operation, the ILTOM Group is complementing its product line with the specific workings of Vega Srl, a company that for over 40 years has been a point of reference for companies operating in the engineering, plant engineering, food, construction and furniture sectors.
The operation ensures continuity and evolution for all Vega’s workers to maintain the added value of experience and high specialisation achieved over the years.
In the transaction, Studio Tamiozzo & Associati with partner Giancarlo Tamiozzo assisted the ILTOM Group in relation to all aspects of the transaction, together with Dr. Amedeo Tacchinardi and Dr Mario Merico of Iltom for the administrative and corporate finance aspects.
Bacciardi Partners, operating from its Bologna office, was represented by a multidisciplinary team. For the Corporate Finance division Renato Capanna assisted by Senior Advisor Manuela Santini and Advisor Valentino Piunti .
