Fiscal and customs risk management is now a strategic aspect for SMEs operating in both national and international contexts.
Recent regulatory developments and the increase in inspections by authorities make it necessary to adopt an integrated approach to compliance, capable of preventing administrative and customs sanctions, operational delays, and economic-financial impacts.
This webinar will provide a practical and up-to-date overview of tools for managing fiscal and customs risks, with particular attention to control models such as the Tax Control Framework, Internal Compliance Programs (PIC), and AEO certification.
The session will also cover methods for structuring risk management systems in line with the principles of cooperative compliance and the organizational needs of SMEs.
