DODO S.r.l., a Cesena-based company with over thirty years of experience in pest control, rodent control, bird deterrence, and environmental hygiene services, has joined the French multinational group Elis—one of Europe’s leading providers of business services—following the sale of 100% of its equity held by the entrepreneur Marco Santini, founder and sole director of the company.
Following completion of the transaction, DODO S.r.l.’s governance was reorganized with the appointment of the new director, Mario Viscardi, who has been entrusted with leading the company through its next phase of development within the Elis group, ensuring managerial and operational continuity.
The transaction forms part of DODO’s industrial growth strategy and, at the same time, supports Elis’s consolidation process in the Italian pest control market through the integration of the acquired company’s technical expertise and know-how.
In the context of the transaction, Bacciardi Partners and Studio legale associato Sani Zangrando assisted DODO S.r.l. and the buyer Elis, respectively, throughout all phases of the share transfer.
