Bacciardi Partners celebrated its 50th anniversary with an exclusive event held at the Hotel Charlie in Pesaro, attended by prominent representatives from institutions, the business community, and academia from the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions.
On stage in the conference room, which had been set up for the occasion as an elegant lounge, an emotional dialogue took place with the key figures of this journey, skillfully moderated by journalist Silvia Bernardi.
The narrative retraced the most significant milestones of this journey, starting from April 1, 1974. “I didn’t start in a garage, like many success stories, but in an accountant’s office. That beginning taught me to think about business with pragmatism, to attune myself to its needs, and to develop a multidisciplinary approach,” said Avv. Enzo Bacciardi during his speech. “At a time when lawyers were exclusively litigators, I wanted to offer something different and pioneering to support the entrepreneurial fabric of the Pesaro District: legal consultancy to prevent challenges and foster the growth of businesses.” This approach represented, for its time and for the region where it was born, a significant departure from the dominant legal culture, immediately bringing positive results and receiving approval from local businesses.
The story continued with the passionate and engaging testimonies of all the Partners – Lorenzo Bacciardi, Renato Capanna, Tommaso Fonti, Antonella Lanzani, Tommaso Mancini and Pier Federico Orciari—who retraced the evolution of Bacciardi Partners, each describing a piece of this great story.
Over the past 50 years, Bacciardi Partners has provided assistance and consultancy to some of the biggest entrepreneurs in the Pesaro district and neighboring Romagna, who have ventured beyond national borders to conquer their slice of the world. “We work to make our services useful, practical, and immediately applicable to the day-to-day operations of businesses,” said Lorenzo Bacciardi, Managing Partner of Bacciardi Partners. “The characteristics of our service make us a point of reference for both Italian and foreign companies. Our clients consider us as precise as the Germans, pragmatic as the Americans, and creative as Italians.”
At the conclusion of the event, the partners shared their 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 for the future with the audience: “Our organization will increasingly be integrated, multidisciplinary, and technological. We want to continue supporting businesses in their dimensional growth, through the consolidation of their presence abroad, the use of finance and extraordinary operations, the enhancement and management of human capital, and supporting sustainability and compliance initiatives.
The professional development of our collaborators will continue to fuel the success of Bacciardi Partners, as well as the satisfaction of those who founded it and the partners who will have the responsibility of guiding it into the future.”
