Today, April 1, 2024, Bacciardi Partners celebrates 50 years.
The first celebratory toast, which took place in the presence of the entire Partners team, inaugurated a series of events and workshops that will be held in the Pesaro and Bologna offices together with many entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, consultants and institutional representatives with whom Bacciardi Partners has shared its professional journey. The aim of these celebrations is to tell the story of a company that in 50 years has been able to be ahead of its time, becoming a protagonist and at the same time a witness to the entrepreneurial development of the Pesaro District, the Marche Region and nearby Romagna.
The history of Bacciardi Partners began on April 1, 1974, fifty years ago, with a code already written and well marked in its DNA: future. Since its beginnings, founder and current Senior Partner Enzo Bacciardi has preferred the suit of business lawyer to the toga, anticipating a professional figure and a series of innovative services in favor of the territory’s business reality. The beginning of Bacciardi Partners can be traced back to the golden age when companies in the Pesaro area were opening up to an increasingly international market, through early experiences such as those related to the Valley of Jeans and the Arab Fair, directed at promoting the overseas expansion of the Pesaro District.
The intuition of Bacciardi Partners, to support the companies in this process of development abroad and beyond the national borders, immediately proved successful.
“I want to share this important anniversary with those who, like me, have always had an open gaze to the world, following innovation and growth, while keeping their roots firmly in the entrepreneurial and cultural fabric where they were born,” comments Enzo Bacciardi. And again, “In the 50th anniversary year, Bacciardi Partners was significantly commissioned by the organization of “Pesaro 2024 Italian Capital of Culture,” to develop the project “Culture and Internationalization in the Pesaro District.”
The 50th celebration combines perfectly with the project assigned by Pesaro 2024 and will consist of a series of events through which we will reconstruct the process of the internationalization of Pesaro District businesses, whose development is inextricably intertwined with our history.”
In line with the philosophy of Pesaro 2024, the analysis will finally look toward the future, analyzing the trend of recent international economic phenomena, with particular reference to Reshoring and Renationalization, in order to understand how it is possible to increasingly validate Made in Italy through an Industrial Renaissance parallel to a cultural one.
“Our goal has always been, and is now more than ever, to project ourselves into the future, with determination and competence, in a strategic and visionary way. With 50 years of experience behind us, we will be able to chart new courses to explore new horizons and realize new achievements,” concludes Enzo Bacciardi.
WHY APRIL 1ST:
It all started from the basement of Rag. Lucio Bonaventura, a few days before I graduated.
In that space of a few square meters I had brought a small table, three chairs and a cabinet. There was no room for anything else.
I was 23 years old, and within a few days, that would become my first studio.
I graduated on March 16 and did not go to work in that room until April 1, 1974.
Then every year I celebrated my April 1 and … renewed my challenge for 50 years.
