Bacciardi and Partners wins a case in front of the Court of Istanbul on behalf of an Italian leading group in the packaging machinery sector. The case was filed by a Turkish company upon termination of the distribution relationship with the Italian manufacturer.
\nBacciardi and Partners successfully argued that the dispute should be heard by an Arbitration Tribunal in lieu of the Court of Istanbul, on the basis of the agreement entered into by the parties.
