leading providers of business services\u2014following the sale of 100% of its equity held by the entrepreneur Marco Santini, founder and sole director of the company.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"878\">Following completion of the transaction, DODO S.r.l.\u2019s governance was reorganized with the appointment of the new director, Mario Viscardi, who has been entrusted with leading the company through its next phase of development within the Elis group, ensuring managerial and operational continuity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1123\">The transaction forms part of DODO\u2019s industrial growth strategy and, at the same time, supports Elis\u2019s consolidation process in the Italian pest control market through the integration of the acquired company\u2019s technical expertise and know-how.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1339\">In the context of the transaction, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Bacciardi Partners<\/span><\/span> and <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span
