Legale Ghidetti<\/span><\/span> assisted WUBOOK Srl and Rivola Group Srl, respectively.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1075\">Bacciardi Partners supported WUBOOK Srl with a multidisciplinary team, covering all corporate and contractual aspects of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1298\">From the Bologna office, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bacciardipartners.it\/en\/people\/pier-federico-orciari\/\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span data-end=\"1500\">\n<p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1500\">negotiating and regulating the terms and conditions of the contractual joint venture relationship between WUBOOK Srl and Rivola Group Srl, including the drafting of the related ancillary agreements;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1601\">\n<p data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1601\">drafting the articles of association and the shareholders\u2019 agreement of the joint venture company;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1775\">\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1775\">assisting with the incorporation of the joint venture company, as well as the subsequent share purchase transactions functional to the implementation of the joint venture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"2144\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bacciardipartners.it\/en\/people\/tommaso-mancini\/\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span trademark licence agreements and the software licence agreements, ensuring a framework consistent with the development, distribution and market valorisation requirements of the technological
