In the context of international trade, Italian companies increasingly find themselves managing complex supply operations involving multiple players.<\/p>\n

Italian companies are therefore required to understand the applicable VAT regulations<\/strong> and the recent rulings by the Italian Tax Authority.<\/p>\n

During the webinar, the speakers will illustrate, in a practical and operational way, through examples and case studies:<\/p>\n

  1. The conditions for benefiting from VAT exemption on intra-community supplies<\/strong>, focusing on the documentation that the company must provide to prove the transport of goods from Italy to the destination EU member state;<\/li>\n
  2. The VAT rules applicable to chain sales<\/strong> and triangular transactions within the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The objective of the module is to provide companies with all the necessary information to manage intra-community trade operations with their customers correctly<\/strong> and effectively.<\/p>\n
