“We arrive at this new service proposition after having, during 2023, implemented in Bacciardi Partners specific ESG practices, through targeted choices thanks to which we achieve real benefits in terms of environmental, social and governance performance”, <\/em>commented Managing Partner Lorenzo Bacciardi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“We have instituted the Values Charter<\/strong>, reformulated compensation and smartworking policies, rationalized and optimized processes and workspaces, defined clear organizational and human resource management policies, created sharing with our internal resources and external collaborators and suppliers, inaugurated corporate welfare and training and coaching initiatives that support the continuous improvement and personal and professional development of each resource. We intended to become, first of all, a virtuous model of ESG strategy in order to be credible in the field of sustainability and thus offer valuable services in the market.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Working within the BP for ESG <\/strong>division are professionals with multidisciplinary and integrated skills capable of understanding how companies, organizations and professionals operate and supporting them in their paths of evolution towards sustainability. The team is coordinated by Lorenzo Bacciardi<\/strong><\/a> – an expert in corporate governance and corporate reorganization – Antonella Lanzani<\/strong><\/a> – a specialist in HR management and compensation policies – and Myriam Fioravanti<\/strong><\/a>, an expert in ESG regulations, reporting and sustainability accounting.<\/p>\n

They will need to trascend the traditional management model, seize the environmental, social and governance development opportunities in order to orient the company toward value creation, not only for shareholders, but also for employees, suppliers, investors, banks, customers and, consequently, for the community of reference.
