The innovations introduced by the international taxation reform<\/strong> have a significant impact on companies operating in foreign markets.<\/p>\n

In this regard, it is crucial for directors and HR managers<\/strong> to be acquainted with the new provisions regarding the tax residency of companies and individuals, in order to anticipate and avoid the critical issues that may arise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is also important to understand the new regulations of the inbound expatriates<\/strong> tax regime, in order to properly manage the tax implications of repatriating previously assigned personnel from abroad, and the new advantageous tax regime<\/strong> for the relocation of economic activities to Italy.<\/p>\n
