Bacciardi Partners has assisted UK based company Bedford Consultancy Services Ltd (“BEDFORD CONSULTING”) in the contractualisation, within their newly established Italian branch, of human resources hired to provide customer and relation services to its EMEA clients.<\/p>\n

Bacciardi Partners provided assistance with respect to all administrative, labor, tax, social security and welfare activities and formalities necessary for the recruitment of employees in compliance with applicable national and supranational regulations.<\/p>\n

BEDFORD CONSULTING requested to apply full remote working capability for employees hired in Italy. Therefore, Bacciardi Partners conformed, on the basis of current applicable Italian law and practice, an employment contract suitable to allow the application of the employees in full remote smart working mode.<\/p>\n

Bacciardi Partners acted with a team composed by partner Pier Federico Orciari<\/a> and junior associate Rebecca Milandri<\/a>, with the contribution of Michele Sacchi<\/a> as of counsel for labor law issues.<\/p>\n
