The seminar is aimed at identifiyng domestic and international laws setting forth the proper language to be included on the labels and/or on the marking of the products, which includes the compulsory data and information as well as additional datato achive a proper information vis-à-vis the consumer.
In fact, should the information included on the label be inadequate, incomplete or contradictory, the label il likely to result in breach of the laws and may mislead the consumer, with the consequence that trade sanctions may be applied, in addition to custom and product liability consequences that may result therefrom.
